About

We May Be A Good Fit If....

You keep saying "yes" even when your body is telling you "no". You snap at people you love, and then feel guilty, then snap again. You can relate with the words "people pleaser". You've heard over and over your entire life "You are so sensitive!" You beat yourself up for mistakes and have an intense inner critic. You feel like parenting is completely burning you out and you're wondering "where is that village everyone keeps talking about?" Your relationships are falling apart and you feel you just can't seem to get it right. You are hungry for growth and change.  People often come to me when they want more than validation, but want someone to help them figure out their patterns in which they are caught. I often hear "I've learned more about myself in these past few months than I have in all my life."  About me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have been specially trained to assess and provide insights into the insidious patterns and cycles that get people & relationships stuck. I'm a wife and mom to 3 kiddos, and I am an east coast girl at heart! I enjoy being outdoors, getting sucked into true crime trials, March Madness, all the Jim Gaffigan comedy shows, and bingeing on Love is Blind after a long day. Why I enjoy this work: We carry so much shame as humans. When we share things we have kept a secret, we allow the weights holding us down to slowly dissipate so we can more fully experience life. I find it a great honor to get to witness the tender and vulnerable parts of humans that make us us.
